XOXO

Hi lovelies, hope you are well! Today I am sharing my DT creations for this month's challenge over at Arty Divas The theme is as always ATG.

I have created these teeny retro mini Valentine cards, which measure 3inch x 4inch. Super cute!

Our sponsor is Lilli Rain Designs and there is a fabulous prize for the winner of the challenge! The little retro Valentine collage sheet.

To create my card, I first started with blank Kraft cardstock which I scored myself. These wonderful papers are from:

Music sheet is from my own stash

I edged the paper with vintage photo distress ink, then adhered them with double sided tape. Next, I adhered this sweet bingo card and then I adhered this darling retro valentine image from the collage sheet above from Lilli Rain Designs.

I repeated the same technique for this card also.

Finally, I printed out these words and adhered them on to my card.

I really hope that I have inspired you to create your own retro cards and I also hope that you will join us over at Arty Divas!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Den, see you on the next post!

This is Halloween Challenge - Spooky cute ATC coins

Hello lovelies, hope you are well! Tonight I am sharing some Halloween ATC coins.
This is the first time that I have ever created Artist Trading Coins and I have to say that I am now addicted!

To make my coins, I used a 2.5 Inch circle die and black card stock as a base. For this one, I have used these beautiful papers from the Haunted House scrapbook kit from Vectoria Designs.

I have also used these Tim Holtz Faded type stamps along with Black soot Distress ink. The cute image is from Sheet 3 Halloween images, from Lisa Altered Art.

For this coin, I have used the same papers from the Haunted house collection and another stamp from the same Faded stamp set. I have also used black cardstock along with a multiple bat die from Impression Obsession. The spooky word labels are from Tim Holtz.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I really appreciate your visit!

Happy Mother's day

Hello lovelies, hope you are keeping well and staying safe? Today there's a brand new challenge over at Artsystamper and the theme is 'Mum's the word'. The winner will receive a wonderful prize from the Artsystamper shop

This creation is very dear to my heart. I wanted to create something really special to remember my mom by, so I have used a vintage photograph of her as a young girl. The photo was taken in 1949 and hand-tinted by her brother, my Uncle Phillip.(my mom was around Seven years old) Sadly I never knew my Uncle as he passed away before I was born. My mom had Six older brothers and I remember her telling such fond stories of them all! My mom sadly passed away in 1997 (I was Twenty Two at the time) so young to lose a mother. I am so lucky to have had a wonderful relationship with her and so thankful that I had a great and exceptional woman as my mother. If I can be half the mother and woman she was, then I know I have achieved something in my own life. Love you so much Mom x

I have used this beautiful Daffodil digital stamp from the early Spring beauty set along with papers from my own stash.

To finish my tag, I have also used a piece of ruler ephemera to match the colour of the Daffodil stamp.

I hope that you will join in with the challenge over at Artsystamper the DT would love to see your wonderful creations! You can create anything, a card, tag, layout etc and you are not required to use an Artsystamper image, however, if you do you will gain an extra entry into the draw!

Thanks so much for stopping by, see you on the next one!
