Answering a deep, unspoken call.
With wings of obsidian, sharp and still,
It bends the fog to its quiet will.

Like matching pages in a book,
Or mirrors in the way they look,
Where one resides, the other stays,
Inseparable through all their days.
The shifting seasons turn and spin,
But nothing breaks the world within—
Two sisters stitched in cream and white,
Forever in each other's sight
Hello lovelies, 'hope you are well! today I am sharing a vintage card that I have created using this stunning photograph of two darling girls, which, I would like to presume are sisters?! the photo is from my own stash that I collected somewhere along the way!

To complete my card, I have added a vintage bingo card, a complimentary fussy cut vintage blue butterfly & some Tim Holtz film strip ribbon.
The final warmth of summer slips away,
Leaving russet gold and long shadows.
The earth grows quiet, drawing inward,
To whisper a slow goodbye.
Hello lovelies, 'hope you are well! today I am sharing a mixed media tag that I have created with an autumn theme.

To create my tag I have used kraft cardstock as a base. Next I adhered these fabulous halloween decay leaf papers from Cheryl Francis art. I have also used these wonderful distressed brown & gold papers from digital curio.
Next I added this beautiful raccoon image; Such a sweet little guy, don't you think?! I have also added some gold leaf to certain places on my tag to give it some more interest.
I adhered a vintage postage stamp including a smaller raccoon image.
To finish I added some word labels which I designed myself.
Hello lovelies, 'hope you are well! today I am sharing a card with a serene theme. I have used this stunning Weathered statue image from Cheryl Francis art.
Once I had layered all the papers, I then used a crackle grunge texture stamp along with black ink.
Next I added a vintage lock and some vintage creeping ivy images. To finish my card I created some word labels using some torn strips of burlap paper & added some text.
"In the quiet garden of the mind, virtue blooms like ivy on ancient stone, whispering the eternal beauty of a timeless soul"

The bond with a true dog is as lasting
as the ties of this earth
