Shabby Wedding Anniversary card

HI friends,
hope that you are well!

Here is a shabby chic wedding anniversary card
that I have made for a very dear friend.

The happy couple have been married
for over forty years, now that
is true love!

I started by using a plain white
card base.

Next, I adhered this beautiful paper
by Craft & You design.

I created these two hearts using a heart
metal die and stacked them together,

slightly off centre.

I adhered this beautiful
cream lace over both of the entwined hearts.

Next, I made this flower collage
using beautiful roses in various
shades of pink.
They have been adhered on top
of a few swirl die cuts.

Finally, I stamped the word 'forever'
on a small piece of co-ordinating paper
and adhered it to the bottom of the card.

Thanks once again for stopping by,
please feel free to say 'hi'
or to leave a comment.
It would be lovely to see you here!

Welcome sweet baby boy

 Hello friends,
hope you are well!

A very special couple that I know
are expecting their first child in June.

I wanted to make them something very
special to welcome their new baby boy
into the world.

Here is a shabby chic lollipop card
that I finished making today.

I love making these type of cards,
they are starting to become
a bit of an addiction!

Once I created the paper rosette,
I adhered a paper doily to the centre.
Next,I matted this wonderful vintage
baby image onto a circle of matching
paper. Finally, I adhered that on top.

I then adhered a silver and white
striped straw underneath
the bottom of the doily.

I then added a bow made of vintage lace.

I also added this delightful silver
spoon charm along with blue
mulberry flowers.

I printed out the words 'little Prince'
and 'baby boy' and adhered them
slightly underneath the paper doily.

Thanks once again for stopping by,
see you on the next post

Mini shabby banner

Hi lovely friends,
hope you are well!

I decided to make something different as i've
been making a lot of cards and tags recently,
so this mini banner was such a fun and easy project
to design!

I started by making these mini pennants
from plain white card stock.
Next, I adhered this beautiful shabby chic
paper to each one.

I then added some beautiful  embellishments
to each pennant.

Here I have used vintage lace, buttons, tulle,
a pink rose and some bling!

I also added a few words to three individual
pennants.

To finish off the banner, I adhered this
lovely champagne ribbon to the back of each
pennant and tied each end with a loop
to be able to hang on my wall at home.

Thanks for stopping by,
have a great day!

Vintage Paris envelope

Hello lovely friends,
hope you are well!

Here is a delightful
Paris theme mini envelope and tag
that I have made today.

To create this, I used a Sizzix
pocket envelope die along with some
kraft card stock.

I decorated the front using this
beautiful paper from the
sweet Paris paper collection
by Dovecraft.

Next, I adhered a double row
of vintage lace and added some
light pink flat back pearls.

Then, I adhered this wonderful little
wooden Eiffel tower embellishment.

Finally, I added three small pink roses
and a butterfly; I decorated his
wings using Milled Lavender
distress stickles.

To finish, I cut a tag to fit inside
the envelope. This has been
decorated with matching paper.

Thanks once again for stopping by,
see you on the next post.
