Shakespearean mini journal

 

Hello lovelies, hope you are keeping well! Today I am sharing a Shakespearean theme mini journal that I have created. 

To start, I took three brown self seal envelopes and cut them down to 4.5 inches in width and 4 and one quarter inches in height. But, you can easily adjust to whatever size that you'd like. I did put some extra glue on the self seal strip using just a standard glue stick. 

Next, using vintage photo distress ink I distressed all edges of these beautiful papers that I have used.

I have also used these stunning free images from Gecko Galz. A fussy cut butterfly and a Shakespeare  journal quote.

To finish my mini journal I used a cropodile to punch two holes into the side panel. I threaded through some vintage lace, then tied with a bow to secure the pages together.

You're my lucky charm!

Hi lovelies, hope you are well! To celebrate St Patrick's day yesterday, I am sharing, a little late, a lovely St Paddy's day card.

Here I have used these beautiful papers from Gecko Galz. The Bingo card is from my own stash.

Blarney digital collage set

I scored a piece of kraft cardstock and distressed the edges with Vintage photo distress ink. 

Next, I adhered the papers and Bingo card with double sided tape. 

Next, I fussy cut this wonderful image from the Blarny digital sheet, inked the edges with vintage photo distress ink and adhered to the centre of my card. To finish, I printed out some word label stickers and also adhered those to my card.
