Masculine treat holder tags.

Hi friends,
hope you are well!

Tonight I am sharing these masculine treat holder tags
that i made a couple of days ago.

I wanted to make something for men, but these are great for us gals too!

Each one contains two individual Earl Grey tea bags, but can be
replaced with other goodies.

Here i have used the stamp set 'getting there' by Tim Holtz
to create this tag. I have also used jet black Stazon ink to stamp the images onto
this paper from my craft stash.

I have wrapped the tea bag treats in clear cello card bags
and tied them with some Anitas ribbon.

I have used the same stamp set for all of these tags,
the ticket has been stamped onto Kraft card stock
which i cut out and i have used
some pop dots to give it some dimension.

Thanks once again for stopping by to take a look

Family day out at Dudley Zoo and Castle

Hi friends,
hope you are well?

Yesterday was such a great day, the weather was so hot and we decided
to have a family day out at Dudley Zoo and Castle.

It was great to spend some quality family time together and my best friends'
daughter came along too.

Here is a photo of the magnificent Castle which dates back to
the eleventh century.
I love ancient ruins and the thought of stepping into a building where
so much history has taken place is wonderful.

I love the fact that you are actually stepping in the same
footsteps of someone else from hundreds
of years ago!

It was a pleasure to get so close to all the beautiful animals
however, i would much prefer to see them in their natural habitat.

I'm such a huge fan of the big cats, so getting this close to this majestic
tiger without getting eaten alive was amazing!!

Lemur wood was great as we were so close to these
beautiful animals.

loved seeing the snakes in the reptile house.

Thanks once again for stopping by
Have a great day everyone.

Hemlock Spiderweb... captured fairy.

Hi again friends,
hope that you are well!

Here is another captured fairy that i made yesterday evening.
I really enjoy making these and as you probably know by now, I
absolutely LOVE fairies...
well, anything magickal really... unicorns, mermaids, Angels..
you name it!

This beautiful fae is called
Hemlock Spiderweb, she was captured on 18.08.16
She grants wishes and she lives close to vixen and badger sets
and can only be seen in the midst of an early morning.

Again I have used a mini spice jar to create this and have added
gorgeous trims in tones of silver and black to match her wings.

For the Inside I have used a book page which I adhered to the back
of the jar using Modge podge.
I then adhered the fae on to some twigs using my hot glue gun and
I scattered some sparkly white fibres around her feet.

Here is what the back of the jar looks like.

I have used the tattered florals die by Tim Holtz
to create this large flower and used black soot distress ink and Ranger
perfect pearls mist in the colour pewter to create this look.
I then added an ivory flat back pearl to the centre.

Finally I attached a small hinge clip to the side
of the jar to hold the ribbon in place.

Captured fairy

Hello friends,
hope you are well!

I've been busy hunting around in my garden at the fairy den and I have finally
managed to capture some magickal Fae!

Here is Feather Goldwand she was captured on 11/08/16
she likes to steal shiny coins and pretty trinkets.
She lives in high places where the clouds meet the earth.
and she can only be seen when the seeker holds a
four leafed clover.

To create this I have used a
mini spice jar and I have heavily embellished this with lots of gorgeous trims from
my own craft stash.

I adhered a book page to the inside of the jar using modge podge to create a
background for my fairy.

For the lid, I adhered a flower that i made
using the tattered florals die by Tim Holtz, which i
sprayed with Tattered angels choc covered cherries glimmer mist.
Once dry I then added some more sparkle to the edges of the flower
using platinum stickles.

I also created a mini tag using Kraft card stock
and wrote about the fae that i captured.
I've also attached matching ribbon to the top of this
and adhered a single cream flower with
added platinum stickles to give it a bit of extra sparkle!

Anyway guys, thanks once
again for stopping by my blog.
I really hope that you like this ?
